Introduction and Aim: Drug abuse is chronic problem that plenty of physical, psychological, social and family followed, so that someone who suffered a serious drops in the personal and social actions. This study examined the relationship between religious attitudes and mental health of addicts in Qazvin city. Methods: This study was Ex post facto research. Sampling was done by convenience method that 87 people were selected in addicted men who were under treatment at addiction treatment centers (Royesh,Baran) in Qazvin City in 2015. In this study, Marconi's Religious Attitude Scale and Mental Health Questionnaire were used. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data. The findings suggested that there is significant relationship between mental health and religious attitudes of addicts. By results of this study can held workshops to promote the mental health of addicts.
