STRATEGIC PLAN FOR CALCULATING THE STAFF FLUCTUATION REGARDING HUMAN RESOURCES IN SC.TRANS SRL ORGANIZATION

The given article presents staff fluctuation of SC. TRANS SRL organization during the last three years (2010-2012) and its causes. The organizational structure has been analyzed from 2003 up until the present. At the end of the year 2012, the organizational structure corresponded to the needs imposed by the transportation brokerage services, according to the company’s objectives. The company uses an annual number of 50-57 job descriptions, from which: 9 positions of administration (T.E.S.A); 42 positions of Transportation Agent. The fluctuation of the total organization in 2010 (total no. of inputs from the organization on all positions/no. of fixed positions in the company *100): (9 / 57)*100=15.78%. Fluctuation indices of the inputs in the organization on the total organization for 2011 (no. of total inputs in organization on all the positions/ no. of fixed positions in the company * 100): (14 / 57)*100= 24.56%. Indices of output fluctuation of the total organization in 2012 (total no output from the organization on all items / no fixed positions in the company * 100): (18 / 57) * 100 = 31.57%.
