STRATEGIC PLAN FOR CALCULATING STAFF FLUCTUATION FROM THE HR POINT OF VIEW IN SC.SALVIMED SRL

Analyzing personnel fluctuation indices over the period 2006-2008 and in particular fluctuation indexes from the years 2006 and 2007 (according to table 6 and table 7) per department, variations in the values for the medical department can be observed. Calculating the indices of turnover in 2006, doctor = (2 * 100) / 9 = 22.2%; nurse = (1 * 100) / 9 = 13.58% stretcher = (6 * 100) / 9 = 66.66%, ambulance driver = (2 * 100) / 9 = 22.22% there can be seen that there was a greater fluctuation in the middle and higher education staff, in the department being a level of dissatisfaction produced by a strain of labor and a poor internal communication. Conclusions: The Company took into consideration the impact of poor internal communication, personnel turnover and customer satisfaction and decided to implement objectives aimed at improving job satisfaction, internal communication, and to review the job description.
