FLUCTUATION OF PERSONNEL – CASE STUDY OF A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

The personnel fluctuation can be controlled in several ways, such as paying more attention to employing personnel (people must be hired if they want stability if their work), according financial stimulations according to performance, giving training opportunities. The present study is focused on personnel fluctuation calculation of a society with construction of road and bridges rehabilitation, profile originating in Ploiesti, Romania. The average number of employee in the company is 169 for each ear studied. As the results shows, the year of the highest personnel flux is 2009, when 69 employees left, meaning approximately 43.39% of the total per year. As far as the last point of the list is concerned, we notice that the employees hired on positions of selling, accounting, recruiting, supplying, promoting don’t benefit from training programs before starting their work. It is assumed that they already know what they have to do or they’re “catch up” from their co-workers.
