PERSONNEL FLUCTUATION IN A HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY AGENGY

This paper investigated the personnel fluctuation in the company Psyconsulting, an organization that provides human resources consulting. The analyzed period was between 2010-2012. It may be noted that in the years 2010 and 2011 there were no inputs or outputs in the company. In 2012 there was a staff turnover of If = 11, 1, this value is one that does not report the problem or the need to take preventive measures. Conclusions: Psyconsulting has a low personnel fluctuation, there being two years when no employee entered or exited the organization. This is because of the small number of employees the company has and due to its nature, is a consulting services firm, this type of activity requiring detailed knowledge of the company and its business ,so consumed resources for new hires are considerable.
